Arogya Kendra is a unique health care centre providing Naturopathy and Yoga treatment as a traditional healthcare system, purely practiced as a drugless therapy.
Arogya Kendra was commissioned with the primary objective to help the society, which was finding difficulty in affording the expensive modern medical system as well as suffer from its side-effects by providing them a holistic simple and effective drugless Nature Cure treatment.
Centre is actively involved in advocacy of positive lifestyle measures like positive thinking, meditation, prayer, natural hygiene and following of safe and simple nature cure practices like mud packs, wet packs as well as practice of Yoga in the form of asana, pranayama and kriya.
On an average the hospital caters to the healthcare needs of 100 – 150 outpatients per day. The centre charges very nominal charges from patients to deliver healthcare service. The centre receives specific financial support for development of infrastructure from philanthropic donations and for their day to day expenses the finance is met with the nominal fees received from patient charges as well as from the financial support extended by various bodies of State Government like Nagar Nigam and Samaj Kalyan Board on a yearly basis. For all expenses related to procurement of equipments and tools the centre receives continued positive support from our apex organization Jeev Sewa Sansthan and other corporate institutions like State Bank of India, Bank of Baroda, Life Insurance Corporation and other philanthropists who reflect their devotion towards Swamiji in the form of financial aid / support.
Arogya Kendra offers treatments at 100% charity for deservingly poor people. In the past Arogya Kendra has received sponsorship from State Bank of India for treatment equipments, which have been put into effective use. These equipments have served maximum healthcare benefits to the patients and has largely benefitted in their positive treatment outcome.
Arogya Kendra as has the recognition from Department of AYUSH for the reimbursement scheme for Government employees seeking healthcare from this centre.
